Sodium Chlorite Solution
Hydrocure S.A. manufactures sodium chlorite for the water treatment and related industries. While sodium chlorate is used to produce large quantities of chlorine dioxide for pulp bleaching, sodium chlorite is the product of choice for use in producing small quantities of chlorine dioxide for the industrial and potable water treatment, food and beverage, rendering and other small scale applications.
Sodium Chlorate
Sodium chlorate is an industrial salt produced from water and common table salt in a reaction with electricity.
Phosphates
The phosphates division of Hydrocure S.A. is a leading manufacturer of both food
grade and technical grade phosphates.
Food grade specialty phosphates find
application in the processed food industry, dairy, pet food and animal feeds. While
technical grade phosphates are used in detergents, paint and coatings and water
treatment.
Sulphites
The sulphites business of Hydrocure S.A. manufactures sodium sulphite, sodium
metabisulphite, sodium bisulphite and potassium metabisulphite.
These are used
primarily in the photography, food, water treatment, pulp and paper, leather, textiles,
acrylic fibre, mining, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
